At e-Primary, we pride ourselves on finding the right candidates for our clients. Once we have a clear, concise job requirement from our client, we begin the process of matching our client’s needs with the skill set, experience level, desired compensation, and geographical preference of our candidates.

We then approach the best candidates and go over the requirement in detail with them to determine if they are a good fit and if they are interested in being considered for the opportunity. If it is determined that the candidate is a match, we ask for permission to submit their resume to our clients for consideration (we do not submit candidates’ resumes without discussing the requirement with them and getting their
permission to represent them).

Our in-depth screening process enables us to identify the candidates who have the best chance to get selected by our clients. Instead of flooding our clients’ inbox with resumes, we present candidates who are going to be given serious consideration. We pride ourselves on making the most valuable use of our clients’ time and our candidates’ time.

Placement Process

e-Primary will first conduct an informal phone interview. During the phone interview, we will review the work experience listed on your resume, followed by your employment objectives and geographical preferences. The next step in our placement process, if time permits, is to schedule a face-to-face, personal interview at the local e-Primary office. We find our pre-screening process to be extremely beneficial to both candidates and clients.

After the pre-screen, e-Primary will contact you when we come across a position that meets your employment objectives. If you agree the position is a match, we will work quickly to capitalize on the opportunity. In the event that we do not have a match, we will continue to work toward the goal of finding you the best opportunity available.

Prior to submitting your resume to our client, we will request several managerial references. At this point, we will contact your references to review your work history and experience as it pertains to the job requirements.
